Steps:
1. Go to financial management-->Receivables&payables-->Bankstatement-->
2. New header and fill the requirede fields
3. Move to lines and click on new and save it
4. Click on button Create payment
5. Notice when you click "ok" and the required fields aren't filled, no messages show up

Because of that the process crahses
