Summary0019828: When converting a currency in Payment Report it does not take in account the conversion rate of the payment
DescriptionWhen converting a currency in Payment Report, it does not take into account if there has been a conversion rate associated only to one specific payment. Only uses conversion rates defined in the conversion rates window.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a Payment with a conversion rate that does not exist in the system.
When navigating the Payment Report using the filters to show the information of that payment, it says that there is not currency conversion.

Make a payment for a date when there are not payments made (a year for now, for example), with a currency not used in the system.
In the Payment Report filter by the date used in the payment and the currency for the conversion. It will give an error of no conversion rate found.
