0019717: Issue filtering Financial Accounts in Payment In Window.

Description

If the steps to reproduce are followed, in the Deposit To combo box some Financial Accounts are visible, yet they are supposed not to be shown.

Steps To Reproduce

Login as QAAdmin / QAAdmin
Create a new Payment In with:
  -Organization: USA
  - Payment Method: 1(USA)
In the Deposit To combo box the Financial Accounts visible are:
  - USD - USA Cashbook
  - USD - USA Bank

But, by clicking in the Deposit To link and coming back to the Payment In tab, all the other Financial Accounts are showed.
