Summary0019679: Standard qty should not appear with a qty type 'Exact' in purchasing tab in Product window
DescriptionDue to the 'Exact' process (qty type) does not take into account the standard qty for the purchasing plan to suggest the product qty necessary to order, this field standard qty should not appear when the qty type chosen 'Exact'.
Steps To ReproduceAs group admin role,

Go to product window:
select a product
go to purchasing tab:

we realize that if we select the qty type 'Exact' the standard qty is there always.

Fixes issue 19679: Product > Purchasing, Standard Qty display logic.
Standard qty should not appear with a qty type 'Exact' in purchasing tab in Product window.

Test Plan:

As group admin role,

- Go to product window.
- Select a product.
- Go to purchasing tab.
- Realize that if the user selects the qty type 'Exact' the standard qty now hides.
