Summary0019592: Non active windows appear in Recent Views and Recent Document menu
DescriptionIf a recently used window is deactivated, it still appears in Recent View and Recent Document menu in the workspace.
Steps To ReproduceOpen any window of the menu. Go as System Administrator to General Setup/Application/Menu and deactivate the previously openened window.
Check that the window keeps appearing in Recent Views and Recent Documents menus.

Updating to design defect: currently recent elements are stored as json object as they were when opening and they are retrieved back as this.

Fixing this issue would require to redesign the way recent elements work.
