- Create new
- Pick a payment term that will create several (2+) lines in payment detail
- Create a line and complete
- Open "Modify Payment Plan"
- Click Outstanding and modify the values
- Use the arrow keys to move up/down between lines
- Verify that no line is removed

This issue is no longer reproducible. When the steps defined here http://forums.smartclient.com/showthread.php?p=79647#post79647 [^] are followed, the row is not deleted.
