Description"Email Configuration" "Smtp Server Account" field is required and it shouldn't since it is needed only when "SMTP Authentification" is checked.
Steps To ReproduceGo to "Client" -> "Email Configuration" and notice that "Smtp Server Account" field is required and it shouldn't.

Fixed issue 19546: 'Smtp Server Account' is not mandatory anymore

The fix was tested and verified.

In the future it might be useful to add a constraint in order to be sure that if the "Smtp authentification" field is checked, both "Smtp Server Account" and "Smtp Server Password" are not null.
