0019519: Some fields in Machine window has to be redefined

Description

Some fields in Machine window has to be redefined, due to the levels they have, are not clear. Also it is necessary to update the window help.

Steps To Reproduce

As group Admin role,
Go to Production Management || Setup || Machine
Go to Cost tab:
We can see the help about Amortization field that says: "Amortization amount" and actually is the number of years in which the amortization of the machine will take place. The help it is not clearly and the label too.

In the same tab the Idle Time/Year label it should be Days/Year, and because of that the help is wrong about it.

Go to Maintenance tab:
Planned time label text does not clarify what kind of data it is.

Proposed Solution

It is necessary to update the help or redefine the Amortization label to Amortization (years).
Idle Time/Year label text should be Days/Years, and it is necessary to change the help about it.
Planned time label text should be Planned Time (Hours).
