Summary0019507: Wrong behviour with URL Widget
DescriptionWhen you add a URL widget in the workspace, menu entries are shown behind it and you are not able to remove it.

See file attached.
Steps To Reproduce-As admin add the widget 'how to create simple URL widgets' and move it to the top left corner
- Open the menu
- Realize that the menu is shown behind the widget and that you are not able to remove it.

The problem is not with URL widget but with "How to create simple URL widgets" and "How to create Query and HTML widgets" widgets. They show flash movies on top of the rest of contents.

The solution is to convert these two widgets in HTML widgets with the proper parameters.

Test plan:

-Add "How to create simple URL widgets" and "How to create Query and HTML widgets" widgets before the fix is applied. -> Menus are hidden by the widgets
-Apply the fix
-In the widget instances previously created menus are on top of the widget.
-Add again "How to create simple URL widgets" and "How to create Query and HTML widgets" widgets before the fix is applied. -> Menus are not hidden by the widgets
