Summary0019460: Complete a descriptions in Payment in
DescriptionWhen you have created a tax payment, the payment in, associated to this tax payment does not have a correct description.
Steps To ReproduceAs Group Admin role,
go to Tax payment window:
  - create a new register
  - create a VAT registers
  - process it.
Go to Payment In window

We can see the payment in but in the description field only shows: GL item.
It should show up information associated with the tax payment.

Now it appears the G/L Item name and the Tax Payment name
