Description"Pick & Execute" "Pin" column is not fixed and is shown in column visibility properties

Reproduced in: Windows 7 + Google Chrome 16 (other environments not tested)
Steps To Reproduce* Install the application examples module:
https://code.openbravo.com/erp/mods/org.openbravo.client.application.examples/ [^]
* Go to the sales order header.

* Click in "Pick Example 1" button. The popup opens.
Notice that you can resize the "pin" column
Notice that if you click in a header to see its drop down menu, you can hide "pin" column. [ColumnSnapshot.png]

This column should act as the "edit" "form" "save" "cancel" of a regular grid view. Fixed column and not shown in column properties.

PD: It would be also nice to remove 5px or so to this "pin" column width, to allow the "pin" picture look centered in the column. [BetterColumnWidth.png]
