DescriptionIt does not matter if you have one user locked, because this user can access to the application.
Steps To ReproduceGo to window user and create one with check Locked checked.
In tab User Roles assing Openbravo Admin

Logout and login with the new user.

You will see that you can access normally.

To check it:
- Follow the steps to reproduce.
- Test that you can access normally when the user is not locked.
- Test that the uses is locked when there is a maximum attemps number defined.
