0019197: Design defects in export translation process

Description

Export translations process is poorly designed.

At least two major design issues:

1. The tables that are exported are the ones which name finishes with _trl and whose parent (up to 3 levels after 0019156) have a column named ad_module_id. This ad_module_id column is used to determine the module to export to.
2. All columns which reference is text or string (10, 14) are considered as translation column (see 0019195)

Proposed Solution

1. The tables to export should be those trl tables which parent table is in AD dataset. The module should be determined based on AD dataset table query.
2. Translation columns should be the correspondent columns is the trl table.
