0019144: Warehouse in header tab not taken into account.

Description

Currently there is some windows in which you can select a warehouse in the header tab, but the one taken into account, is the one selected in the lines through the storage bin field. For example Physical Inventory, Sales Order, Purchase Order, etc.

Steps To Reproduce

- Go to Warehouse Management || Transaction || Physical Inventory.
- Insert some values.
- Insert a new line, select a product.
- Click on the storage bin selector.
- If you clear the filters you can select any bin and it does not need to be from the warehouse selected in the header.
- This may not be wrong but it is confusing.
