1. Go Project Management > Transactions > Expense Sheet
2. Create a new expense
3. Add lines
4. Process the expense
5. Unprocess the expense
6. Delete the expense, an error appears (see attach)

This is happening if the header has at least one line.

The problem is with STIMEEXPENSE_LINE FK which is on delete cascade and shouldn't be.
