0019098: Invoices Lines without price amount do not appear in Dimensional Invoices Reports

Description

Invoices Lines without net unit price and line net amount do not appear in Dimensional Invoices reports.It happens in Sales and Purchase Invoices dimensional reports

Steps To Reproduce

As F&B Group Admin role:
Navigate to Purchase Invoice window:
   -create a new invoice
  go to lines tab:
   - create a new line with an import
   - create another line with import = 0
Complete the Invoice
Navigate to Purchase Invoice Dimensional Report
generate the HTML Report and PDF Report.
We realise that the lines without net unit price, so line net amount = o, do not print in.
The same steps for Sales Invoices, it happens the same.
