Summary0019068: Massive target version removal not allowed
DescriptionIt is not possible to remove target version to several issues at once.
Steps To Reproduce-In list of issues, select some of them having a target version
-Select update target version, and click ok
-Don't select any version in the next combo
-Clik OK -> "You did not have appropriate permissions to perform that action." message is shown.
