Description"Quick Launch" inconsistent behavior while searching some words
Steps To ReproduceAs "System Administrator"
* Open "Quick Launch" drop down panel
* Start writting "Wid" : You see that options "Widget" and "Widget Instance" appears in the combo (it is ok)
* Continue writting "Widge" : You see that options "Widget" and "Widget Instance" still appears in the combo (it is ok)
* Continue writting "Widget" : You see that all the options are displayed instead of just "Widget" and "Widget Instance".

Fixes issue 19065: "Quick Launch" inconsistent behavior searching by some records
getDisplayValue returned empty string, getvalue seems to be a better choice
only one selected value should be shown at the time
