Summary0019064: Error when opening year with several organizations and same calendar
DescriptionIf you have 2 legal entities with accounting and you close year 2006 for organization A and also close year 2010 and January 2007 for organization B.
Try to open year 2006 for organization A. You will obtain error saying that "'a period can only be open if none of the periods of future years is closed.'"

Problem is that process "c_period_process" is not filtering by organization
Steps To Reproduce1. General Setup || Enterprise || Initial organization setup || Initial organization setup: create 2 legal entities with accounting at same level and same calendar
2. General Setup || Enterprise || Organization || Organization : allow period control and select calendar. Set as Ready.
3. Financial Management || Accounting || Transactions || Open/Close Period Control || Open/Close Period Control : create record for closing year 2006 in Org A
4. Financial Management || Accounting || Transactions || Open/Close Period Control || Open/Close Period Control : create record for closing year 2006 in Org B
5. Financial Management || Accounting || Transactions || Open/Close Period Control || Open/Close Period Control : create record for closing January 2007 in Org B
6. Financial Management || Accounting || Transactions || Open/Close Period Control || Open/Close Period Control : create record for opening year 2006 in Org A

Error will be obtained.
Proposed Solutionsolution should be similar to issue 14993, but when performing Opening actions.
