0019058: Display just bins of order in locator selector

Description

When you are creating one goods shipment or goods receipts from orders and you want to choose one locator for product that you purchase or sale you see all locator when it will be interesting if you only see the locators where you have stock.

Steps To Reproduce

-Create sales order.
-Go to Goods Shipment, create a header for the same business partner and warehouse.
-Push Create Lines From and select the previous order.
-Choose one line and click to select a locator: here, you have to see only the locators where you have stock and not all locators.

Proposed Solution

Create a check box to select only the locators asocciated to the product and have stock.
