Description"Restore Defaults" form layoutter top right button can not be executed using keyboard shortcuts
Steps To Reproduce* Open any form layoutter from any window
* Do a change
* Execute the shortcut CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+R

The expected behavior is the same of the button clicking action, but nothing happens.

Notice that in any form/grid you can use the top right text buttons shortcut by pressing CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+UnderlinedCharacter without any problem
