DescriptionA window gets in a wrong state (new) if you use CTRL+S to save a record and then use the *refresh* toolbar button.

* Make any modification
* Use CTRL+S to save the changes
* Click the refresh toolbar button
* Make another modification
* Use CTRL+S to save
* Click the refresh
