Summary0018997: Improve initial configuration of G/L Journal window
DescriptionThe G/L Journal window is historically one of the weak points of Openbravo, with the batch / header / lines structure being too complex for users.

In Openbravo 3, the situation has improved greatly and the window - while still clunky - is now acceptable and can be successfully demonstrated, **IF** properly configured.

However, the out of the box configuration is very poor resulting in a negative first impression on the product in an area that most people would want to see.

For example:
1) Control amount on batch does not have any functionality and it should be hidden
2) Document type on batch is always GL Journal, there is no need to show it and it should not be one of the first fields.
3) Accounting schema on lines can be hidden (it is always the same as in the header)
4) Generated flag can be hidden.

2) and 3) are working fine but not fixed in this issue. Only 1) and 4) are considered in the related changeset.
