0001898: Behavior deleting processed Inventories is not correct
Description:
The behavior on deleting processed Inventories is not correct

Environment:
Server:
 OS: Linux Centos
 DB: Oracle
 Openbravo: 2.33
 Language: English
Client:
 OS: Windows XP SP2
 Browser: IE7

Steps:
1. Go Warehouse Management > Transactions > Goods Movements
2. Select a processed Inventory and open it in edition mode
3. Delete the Inventory
4. A success message appears, but the record was not deleted (see attach 1)
5. Delete the Inventory (now in Grid Mode), an incorrect message appears (see attach 2).

WORKAROUND: If you delete all the "Move line" one by one, then you can delete the "Move".

Deleted the 'delete on cascade' of foreign key. Now to delete the a movement is necesary to delete first all its lines.

Same issue has been fixed for Work Effort window of Manufacturing Management module.
