Fixed bug 18965 change Business Partner Info window's order in the menu
Business Partner Info window was in 'Application|Master Data Management|Business Partner Set up' in the window. It has been moved up to 'Application|Master Data Management'

Test plan:
   Go to the menu: Master Data Management.
   You can see that 'Business Partner Info' window is in 'Master Data Management' and not in 'Master Data Management | Business Partner Setup'.
