Even when selecting a business partner on the sales order that did not have a temporary price list created, the same values appear for the pricelists. |

To resolve this I have closed all the Service Projects that I had. One pricelist remains, even though the service project was already closed and still the General Sales price list does not appear in the value list. |

Then I went into the temporary pricelist TEST2 and made it manually inactive. Now when going to the Sales Order and entering a sales order, the value field for the Price List is completely empty (while normally the General Sales should appear). No idea how I have to resolve this. |

The system had put the General Sales pricelist to inactive. Fix is to manually activate the pricelist again.
My analysis of what happened:
a temporary pricelist gets created when the project status is changed from 'Open' to 'Order'.
When changes are made to the Service Project after that, this causes problems (see issue 18872 that I logged to not allow changes after the order status changed to Order)
In this case changes were made, the temporary pricelist was incorrectly reflected as 'General Sales' on Test2 and when the Test2 Service Project was closed, the General Sales was considered a temporary pricelist and changed to inactive.
Apparantly the application does not make a distinction between temporary price lists and the already existing price lists. As long as a Service Project is marked with the 'Create Temporary Pricelist' the value from the field 'Price List' is then put to inactive when the order is closed.
This functionality should be reviewed and made fool proof. |

This issue has been closed because we are not able to reproduce it.
We think that in service project you changed the pricelist to 'General Sales', after creating the temporary price list (when you changed the status of the project to order) but before you close the project. When the project is closed the temporary price list gets inactive. An as you changed the temporary price list to 'General Sales' it got inactive. (See Issue18905_2.png, you can see that in Price List field you have General Sales value)
Now, you won't be able to reproduce it because once you change the project status to order, price list field becomes read only. |
