Summary0018882: Service Project: Button Process a Winning Bid should be invisible when the project status is Order
DescriptionThe Button 'Process a Winning Bid' should only be visible when the project status is Open. After the project status is changed to Order the button is still there, but when you click it you get the error that the project status is not Open.
Steps To ReproduceEnter a Service Project, change status to Order. Click the Process a Winning Bid button.

See screenshot for the error that appears then.
Proposed SolutionButton Process a Winning Bid should not be visible when the status is Order.
