Summary0018741: Alert rule filter clause not working fine in some circumstances
DescriptionIf there is an alert with a filter clause and it has instances, in case current user is not able to see any of these instances because of the filter clause, alert count in the top toolbar is OK, but the user can see all alert instances for that rule in Alert Management window.
Steps To Reproduce-Create an alert rule that populating ad_user_id column
-Set its filter clause as "ad_user_id = @ad_user_id@", so no rows should be shown
-Add as recipient a user for whom there is no alert instance
-Login the application with that user, check in toolbar the count is 0 (correct) but in the UI he can see all the instances.
