DescriptionThe manual accounting process can not be launched when the background process is scheduled (but not simultaneously)
Steps To Reproduce- Schedule the accounting backgroud process at night.
- Try to launch the manual process (Financial management - accounting - transactions - GL Posting by DB Tables.
- An error appears.
Proposed SolutionThe error should only occur if both processes are in conflict.

Delivery date is not scheduled yet. Target version changed to none
