Steps To Reproduce-Define a module with a prefix AAA
-Add a table, and define on the application dictionqary. Table name AAA_TABLE

-Define a module wiht prefix BBB.
-Add a column for the table on previous module.
AAA_TABLE.EM_BBB_COLUMN

-export both module
-Try to package module AAA
*You get the error:
Column AAA_TABLE.EM_BBB_COLUMN present in the database but not defined in the Application Dictionary

Fixed issue 18476. package.module will no longer fail when a module adds a column to a table which belongs to a different module.
