DescriptionM_Inventory_listcreate does not work properly if the organization has no lines in the org specific
Steps To Reproduce- Go to Physical Inventory
- create the Inventory Count List of a product.
- Realize that some lines are created.
- go to the product.
- Create 2 lines in Org Specific, to A and B.
- Create another Inventory Count List of a product with organization Main
- realize that more lines have been created
