Summary0018394: Not possible to create a payment out with only gl items
DescriptionIt is not possible to create a payment out with only gl items in case that on the invoice and/or order case you have at least one pending payment.

The application shows an error that it is not possible to create a payment without lines.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a payment out and open the "Add Details" window.
Ensure that you have some pending invoices or orders. Change the filters if necessary.
Don't select anything and move to the GL Item mode and add one.
Click process.
