Summary | 0018388: Google Account login - hint the user how to do it |
Description | Logging in using your Google account is cool. However, there are a couple of issues that keep it from being very cool.
-1- When not logged in yet, when hitting the G button, the system replies with "This is premium etc.". Unfair call as the system does not know whether I have a pro subscription or not at this point (before login).
(second issue in another issue)
|
Steps To Reproduce | do not login yet, hit the G button |
Proposed Solution | -1- The message must be replaced with something along the lines of: "Please activate this feature in the Google Account Association window."

One thing: Does this message (on the logon panel) only appear when the instance (that you are not logged on to at this stage) is NOT pro/basic edition?
If that is the case then it´s all cool.
I assumed that at this point the system does not know yet whether you are pro or community, before logging in. |

Rob,
Yes, Pro or Basic belongs to the instance itself and not to the user. So when anyone logs in to some OB we know if this OB is Community or not so we return this error message.
I am closing this issue. |
