Summary0018292: [RTL] Form personalization window is rendered wrong
Description[RTL] Form personalization window is rendered wrong (see attached screenshot).
* The separator bar between sections is not in the right place.
* Fields in the tree have the icon bad positioned.
* In items properties section, appears an unneeded scroll bar.
Steps To ReproduceTo set default (English (USA)) language as RTL:

As "System Administrator" go to "Language" window
Select "English (USA)" (in "Name" column)
Activate "RTL Language" checkbox
Save
Log-off
Log-in

After that, you can take advantage of Keyboard Shortcuts to open menu options if the interface is not usable

The window personalization is still rendered wrong, I can not click the items in the tree or drag/drop. This is maybe caused by other reasons, still propose to keep this issue open, to not forget about RTL in window personalization.

* IE9: Close button is wrong placed
