0018123: Grid filter returns more records than it should

Description

When I filter by an exact value, some other records with similar values are also shown.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to http://live.builds.openbravo.com/int-full-pgsql/ [^] [^]
Login with Openbravo/openbravo
Go to Sales Management > Transactions > Sales order
Filter by Document No. = PV/10
(see screenshot)
A lot of record that start with PV/ are returned, even though they don't match the filter expression.
Add another filter like Transaction Document = Standard Order.
(This will return only one record, even though some of the previous records shown have the same transaction document. So, it seems that the problem is that the filter is applied while I'm writing PV/, but is not further restricted when I finish writing PV/10.)

Proposed Solution

Show only the records that have an exact match.
Filtering by PV/10 should only show one result.
Filtering by PV/1 should show the ones with document number PV/1, PV/10, PV/11 ... PV/19
