Steps To ReproduceOpen a sales order having at least one line
switch header +child tab to form view
use buttons on header to go to 'next' record
Notice that child tab didn't refresh at all but still shows old content

Fixes issue 18081: Refresh on child tab in form view doesn't work when switching record in parent tab.
A switch in record tab now moves back to grid view for the child
