DescriptionPayment Out window is not working in the case of a multicurrency payment out
Steps To ReproduceCreate a payment method with below setup and assign it to a financial account.
See screen one.

Go to Payment Out window and in the F&B España org, try to enter a payment out for a Vendor by using that payment method and selecting USD currency. It is not possible because there is no option to select USD currency.

Realize that it is not possible unless the payment method has the "payment In Allowed" flag active. That's wrong.
