Steps To ReproduceCreate a payment term as described in the first screen attached.
Create a BP and get that payment term assigned to it.
Create a sales invoice and check the payment term lines. See image 2 below.

it seems that this issue is not fixed as I get a 0,00 line in the case of a payment term setup at line level.

This issue is not going to be fixed because it would require a deep design change.
We will better document how to setup payment terms at line level but having into account that the very last payment should be setup at the header.
