Summary0017944: If file import extension file is installed but not applied, the message shown is not correct
DescriptionAfter installing the OFX module but not applying it I got a message:

No file import extension installed
System administrators can install extensions via Module Management > Add Modules

Which is not correct since the module was already installed.
Steps To Reproduce1. With no OFX module installed, try to import a Bank Statement in Financial Account window.
2. As expected, you get a message "No extension installed"
3. Go and install the module
4. After rebuild, repeat step 1
5. Now you get the same message, but the scenario is different and the message is not correct any more.

As discussed with Mikel, we go for the following message:

Title:
No file import extension active

Content:
In order to import bank statements, you need to have a file import module installed and its dataset applied.

System administrators can install modules via Module Management > Add Modules.

After having installed the OFX module, make sure you rebuild the instance and apply the dataset. Datasets can be applied via the Enterprise module management window.
