Summary0017936: Using Internet Explorer, I can not change the Tax in Sales Invoice lines
DescriptionWhen creating a Line for a Sales Invoice, after choosing the Product I cannot change the Tax value using the mouse. However, I can reach the field by tabbing and then change it using the keyboard.
In Firefox I can change it also using the mouse. See steps.
Steps To Reproduce1. Use IE
2. Create a Sales Invoice and go to Lines
3. Choose a product and click the combo to open the options. It does nothing.
4. Navigate using Tab key till the Tax field has focus. Use the down key to select a value. It works.
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 in Firefox. It works.

Fixes issue 17936 Using Internet Explorer, I can not change the Tax in Sales Invoice lines
Disabled the disabled-event-mask used by SC in some cases, works fine for IE9 now

The fix has been tested in IE9, and it has been verified to work.

It has been tested also the others supported browsers: Chrome and Firefox and has been verfied that is is also working
