DescriptionTo reproduce:
- go to purchase order
- clear filter so that you have only booked orders
- click the edit pencil on the first row
- arrow down many times
- the focus row moves below the viewport

Fixes issue 17911: Arrow down through rows with all edit fields disabled does not move the viewport
Scroll record in view when starting editing.
