DescriptionWhen resizing the browser window to small viewports, the workspace does not render well and shows two slider bars. One would be enough.

There are two options to "fix" the issue (see attached screenshots).

* Option A: static left menu in the whole page. So, if the page is large (too many widgets), once you scroll bottom, the menu remains in the top

* Option B: two different sections: the menu and the widgets. Each one has its own scroll bar.

PD: Option A is more easy to develop than option B. Option A is more standard (you can see windows live mail, online news, etc etc). But... I like more Option B ;)
