Steps To Reproduce- As Admin go to General Ledger Journal
- From Date: 01-07-2011
- To Date 01-01-2012
- Organization: España - Región Norte
- Acct Schema: International group US/A/Euro
- From account and to account: Clientes (euros)
- Realize that this line appears:

Date:09-07-2010; Debit: 317,19; Balance: 317.19

Launch the report with 'From Date' = 10-07-2010

Realize that the 'previous' fields are empty. They should show the data of the line mentioned before.

Fixes issue 0017864: The General Ledger Report does not show properly data
depending of the organization
Added a new method to obtain the tree org. This method obtains the tree
depending on ad_isorgincluded method. These organizations are used to obtain
the beginning of the period.
