Summary0017770: Payment report is not filtering properly when you enter the date in "Document Date From"
DescriptionPayment doesn't filter correctly when you put one date.
Steps To ReproduceGo to "Financial Management || Receivables & Payables || Analysis Tools || Payment Report" and introduce "01-01-2011" date in "Document Date From" field.

You will see that the result is not the correct because you can see older invoices than the filter date.
