Summary0017592: NPE: Payment out window. If generated credit and paying to is null then it crashes
DescriptionWhen both fields are null then when clicking add details button you get a NPE
Steps To Reproduce1. Go to Payment out window
2. Click new and save
3. Click add details

You will get NPE
