0017587: The first time you try to save a fiscal calendar year, nothing happens

Description

When I try to save a fiscal calendar year, I have to click the save button two times.

The first time nothing happens. The second time the record is saved.

Steps To Reproduce

Log in with Openbravo
Switch to QA Admin user
Go to Financial Management > Accounting > Setup > Fiscal Calendar
Create a fiscal calendar record
Try to create a year record: enter the year number and click save
(Record will not be saved)
Click record again
(the record will be saved)
