Summary0017554: Delete Note needs confirmation message
DescriptionSince we do not have an undo, it is necessary to insert a confirmation message fro deletion of notes, the same as we have for attachments.

* Testing the issue

Create a new note in any window of the application
press the "[Delete]" action of the new note created and verify that a confirm dialog appears that allows to confirm or cancel the delete action.

* No other areas affected.
