Summary0017521: [KS] Top nav menu shortcuts cannot be down directly after each other
DescriptionWhen pressing ctrl+o first and the pressing ctrl+q you will notice that you will have to press ctrl+q twice to open its menu.

Same for the other ones in the top nav. When doing ctrl+h and then ctrl+p you will even notice that sometimes the print browser menu comes up!
Steps To Reproduce
Proposed SolutionLet the menus open already after one time KS when an other top nav menu is open.

Note that this problem only occurs in Chrome and you need to be on an active tab (other than the workspace tab)

This works fine for ctrl-q and ctrl-o, however when doing ctrl-h the help opens correctly but after that the focus has gone to the browser it seems, after that ctrl-o opens the open-file browser popup.
