Summary0017484: Arrow up and down does not work in grid on a row with all fields disabled
DescriptionTake a row in a grid which has all the edit field disabled, for example a booked sales order. When this row is in edit mode then it is not possible to navigate to the next row by the arrow down/up key.

Tested working fine in pi/pgsql/chromium (rev id: 1d9e3d100adb). Now scrolling is possible for a line not having editable fields like for booked sales orders. Minor issue: Viewport is not moved correctly. So when scrolling down out of viewport you can't see currently selected row. That will be improved in a separate new issue.
