The first idea that comes to mind is to launch a new tab with the keyboard shortcuts. The advantage is that it can be kept "on the side" at all times when the user is training.

Alternatively the Gmail solution can be used, that invokes a lightbox on top of everything when the user presses Shift+?. It is a very light way of quickly peeking into the KS list while being mid-action.

Print, Disable and Modify the KS should also be offered. The Modify KS button will only be visible for Sys Admins.
